Mix together equal parts of peanut butter, honey, dried milk powder and wheat germ. Roll into balls and chill. Keep in the fridge.
Don’t be scared off by the wheat germ – you can buy it toasted or honey flavored in glass jars near the cereal section at our grocery store.
These have infinite variations. We like to roll ours in sesame seeds, but you could roll them in chopped nuts or coconut. You can add raisins or more nuts to the main mixture. You can substitute almond butter or soy powder, etc. You get the idea…
