April in VA’s Easy Marinade

I just pour everything into a ziploc bag and marinade for 30-45 minutes. There is no measuring, just pouring. 🙂

Rum (or any type of liquor)
Oil (I like olive)
Balsamic vinegar
Oil based salad dressing (Italian, Greek, etc)
herbs (fresh or dried)
salt and pepper
lemon/lime juice

This marinade will make any meat tender, juicy, and tasty. I usually grill the meat.
