Pumpkin Bread from Heaven Knows Where, posted by Jenni in KS

1 large can (or 2 regular cans) pumpkin
4c sugar
1c oil
1t salt
4t baking soda
2t cinnamon
1t ground cloves
1t nutmeg
5c flour (*I am trying 2c wh wheat & 3c baking flour)

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Grease and flour bread pans. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until firm. Mini loaf pans take about 45 min to 1 hour. Regular loaf pans usually take about 1 hour 45 minutes depending on oven and the pans. Makes 2 regular loaves.
