2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
3 cups freshly milled wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in flour and salt. Form into a rough ball. Knewad until smooth. Divide dough into six balls and kneading until smooth and round. Flatten each ball with rolling pin into a 5-6 inch circle about 1/4″ thick. cover and let rise 45 min. Arrange rounds upside down on cookie sheet. Bake at about 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes. These will soften slightly as they cool.
