1 cup whole wheat flour – pastry
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup unprocessed bran
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons dark molasses
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
2/3 cup blueberries – frozen

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil muffin tin or line with paper muffin cups. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except blueberries. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
