4 boneless skinless chicen breast halves
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp oil
2 cups applesauce unsweetened
1/4 cup bbq sauce
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1.Season chicken with salt & pepper Brown in oil for 5 min.
2.Cut up chicken into 1″ chunks transfer to slow cooker.
3.combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and mix well.
4.Cover. Cook on High 2-3 hours, or until chicken is tender.
5. Serve over rice or noodles.
