2 packages instant vanilla pudding
4 cups milk
1 can sweetened/condensed milk
1/2 – 1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 – 2 1/2 teaspoons rum flavoring
add milk to make one gallon
She uses Country Cream powdered milk for the milk. Her kids love this. I am going to try it (but I don’t have sweetened/condensed milk or rum flavoring on hand so I have to shop first).

1 quart milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (or substitute 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)
whipped cream for topping
In saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa. Add a few tablespoons of
milk and heat over medium high heat, stirring constantly. The
heat will make it easier to dissolve the cocoa. When the sugar,
cocoa and milk have formed a paste, add the remainder of the
milk and vanilla and heat until steaming. Pour into mugs, top
with a bit of whipped cream and serve immediately.
